Consent to Participate
By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am voluntarily participating in the ICHRA Conference and assume all risks associated with my participation.
• I agree to adhere to all event rules and regulations provided by the organizers.
• Photo and Media Release: I grant permission to ICHRA Conference organizers to take photographs, videos, and/or recordings of me during the event. I understand that these images and recordings may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to social media, promotional materials, and event documentation. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or recordings.  I understand that the use of my likeness in this manner is intended for promotional, educational, or informational purposes related to the event.
  • Waiver of Liability: I release and hold harmless the ICHRA Conference event organizers, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to those arising from the use of my likeness as described above.
  • Acknowledgment: By submitting this registration form, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms outlined in this agreement. I consent to participate in the event and to the use of my likeness as described.
