All attendees must book a room within one of our two conference hotel blocks. 

Please indicate which hotel you plan to stay at below. Selecting a hotel here does NOT book your room — you'll need to use the booking link to make your reservation, which we will send you in the confirmation email shortly. We'll be coordinating with both hotels to make sure everyone is accounted for.

Consent to Participate
By registering for this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am voluntarily participating in the ICHRA CHOICE Conference and assume all risks associated with my participation.
• I agree to adhere to all event rules and regulations provided by the organizers.
• No Refunds: All registration fees are non-refundable. By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
• Name Changes: Name changes on registrations can be accommodated up to one (1) month prior to the event date. Requests received less than 30 days before the event cannot be guaranteed.
• Photo and Media Release: I grant permission to ICHRA CHOICE Conference organizers to take photographs, videos, and/or recordings of me during the event. I understand that these images and recordings may be used in various forms of media, including but not limited to social media, promotional materials, and event documentation. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or recordings.  I understand that the use of my likeness in this manner is intended for promotional, educational, or informational purposes related to the event.
• SMS/Text Messaging: By providing my mobile number, I agree to receive text messages from ICHRA CHOICE Conference organizers about my registration and the event, including confirmations, schedule updates, reminders, and on-site logistics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. My mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Waiver of Liability: I release and hold harmless the ICHRA CHOICE Conference event organizers, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to those arising from the use of my likeness as described above.
  • Acknowledgment: By submitting this registration form, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms outlined in this agreement. I consent to participate in the event and to the use of my likeness as described.
